Despite the environmental consequences, I personally don't think there's any harm in getting takeout, and getting about 3 layers of plastic (and a zip-tie!) along with your order. Plastic waste just isn't the biggest problem in the world right now. However, it is a bit of a dilemma when you have about 5 reusable bags, and yet you're unable to use any of it. Instead, you're left with an unnecessary amount of plastic bags floating about. Is anyone else facing this issue? And yet, I'm also totally aware that this is SUCH a first world problem-- some people aren't even able to get takeout! It's just a very confusing time right now.

Hey guys, same here for me.
I'm trying to still shop from farmers/traditional markets so we can bring our own containers and bags, also limiting myself to having take-out once every 3 days. I do feel guilty when it comes with so much unnecessary plastic. I find that one thing we can do is to tell the Gojek drivers to not include plastic utensils and straws. 🍜
At the end of the day, we have to remember that sustainable living is a process and we're not perfect. It's the little steps that matter! ☺️☺️
